Ruukki overhauls its roofing web service

Ruukki rolls out its new website for roofing products on 2 March.

The new service has been created according to how site visitors behave, and it adapts to different devices such as phones and tablets. The new service has been given a clearer structure to make it easier and faster to use. The service is intended for private customers, i.e. roofers, and corporate customers.

”The internet is an important part of our service to customers. We aim to serve customers well, and promptness is a part of good service. Our new service enables customers to be in direct contact with Ruukki’s experts. When customers leave their contact information, we will get back to them within two hours,” says Jouni Metsämäki, roofing business director.

The new web service directs customers on the start page either to the roofing pages or Ruukki’s other building products pages. The roofing customers' site features information about things to consider when buying a new roof or renovating an old one, including points to watch out for when buying a roof or in roof maintenance, and what the guarantee and quality categories mean. The website also features all of Ruukki’s roofing products and services.
